Stephanopoulos knows his job. Amplify U.S. policy. So he asks Biden if Putin is "a killer." Russia is not having it and recalled their ambassador from the U.S.
The Russiagaters won. It's impossible to have any relationship with Russia.
BTW, Putin didn't kill 1 million Iraqis.
